Join artist-in-residence Elle Seven for a hands-on Cascarones making workshop! Come for a soft opening of our garden by crafting these traditional flower and bird-seed-filled eggs—a vibrant symbol of luck and celebration. This tradition has been a vital part of the Southern California Latino legacy for 200 years, dating back to 1826. Come learn the history, get creative with color, and help us fill the garden with joy as we celebrate the spring season. We will have a limited supply of eggs available, so please feel free to bring your own if you’d like to decorate more than one or two!"
